Enemed

At Tektraco, we are proud to support Enemed in their crucial role of importing, distributing, and wholesaling petroleum products for inland and aviation markets. Our partnership led to the introduction of a new technology for Enemed, specifically the HVP 972 Vapor Pressure Measurement System, manufactured by our trusted partner Herzog, a brand of PAC.

The HVP 972 is an advanced, fully automated system designed for precise vapor pressure measurements across a variety of fuels, including automotive and aviation gasoline, turbine fuels, and other petroleum-based products. Its high accuracy and efficiency have enabled Enemed to enhance its quality control processes and maintain stringent safety standards. Capable of measuring up to 1,000 kPa (145 psi) with superior repeatability, the HVP 972 significantly improves operational productivity while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Our collaboration with Herzog in delivering this state-of-the-art technology showcases Tektraco’s commitment to providing innovative solutions that enhance safety and efficiency in the petroleum industry, ensuring that Enemed continues to offer products of the highest quality.

Siegfried

Tektraco is proud to have served Siegfried, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, by procuring, installing, and qualifying state-of-the-art Climate Test Chambers designed specifically for stability testing. This collaboration underscores Siegfried’s unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards in pharmaceutical storage and product integrity.

The two new Climate Test Chambers, manufactured by Weiss Technik, are meticulously engineered to provide precise control over temperature and humidity conditions, which are critical for the stability testing of pharmaceutical products. These chambers are capable of simulating a wide range of environmental conditions, ensuring that Siegfried’s products are tested under the most stringent and varied circumstances. This capability is essential for compliance with international regulatory standards, including ICH (International Council for Harmonisation) guidelines, which govern the stability testing of pharmaceutical products.

As the official distributor and agent of Weiss Technik, Tektraco values its strong partnership with the company. In addition to supplying and installing the chambers, Tektraco also performed the complete qualification of the equipment, including the Performance Qualification (PQ) as per Siegfried’s specific requirements. This rigorous qualification process ensures that the chambers meet all necessary operational and performance standards, providing Siegfried with the confidence that their stability testing processes are fully compliant and optimized for accuracy.

By integrating these advanced chambers into their operations and ensuring their proper qualification, Siegfried is not only enhancing their capacity to conduct rigorous stability testing but also ensuring that their products continue to meet the highest quality and safety standards. The chambers’ sophisticated technology enables continuous monitoring and logging of environmental conditions, providing Siegfried with comprehensive data to support their quality assurance processes.

Tektraco worked closely with Siegfried throughout the entire project, from the initial needs assessment to the seamless installation, integration, and qualification of the chambers. Our team ensured that the new units were tailored to fit perfectly within Siegfried’s existing infrastructure, minimizing operational disruptions. The result is a more efficient and effective stability testing process that aligns with Siegfried’s mission to deliver safe, high-quality pharmaceutical products.

Transport Malta

Transport Malta is the regulatory authority for all modes of transport in Malta, namely:

– Land Transport

– Maritime Transport

– Aviation

Installation of these Weather monitoring stations varied in strategic positions along the Maltese coast including all main ports of the island.

This equipment is now being used mostly by the marine section of Transport Malta where the data is used to guide vessels accordingly and advise them of any difficulties that can be present.

Water Services Corporation

The WSC Laboratory offers a variety of accredited chemical and microbiological testing in waters and sampling. The laboratory monitors WSC operations but has also been offering its services to local businesses for the past 15 years.

This project included the supply and installation of Lab furniture manufactured by our Principals CHC. This was part of an upgrade for a number of labs with wall benches and under bench cabinets installed in different labs.

University of Malta

University of Malta is the leading higher education institution in Malta and its structures are in line with the Bologna Process and the European Higher Education area. Lying at the cross-roads of the Mediterranean, UM has been, over its 400-year history, the hub for international academic exchange on the island.

The Department of Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering commissioned a Learning System by FESTO Didactic, which is the first of its kind here in Malta. The system, which is called Cyber-Physical Factory (CP Factory), illustrates the practical implementation of digital production.

The CP Factory reflects the new developments in Industry 4.0 and networked production offering a modular Smart Factory system for teaching and research purposes. The learning system includes not only the assembly line, but also different examples of production such as lean production, logistics and quality assurance. The learning system is based around flexibly combinable modular stations, which are then used to realise different application modules.
